About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Creative Director with a strong background in immersive and experiential design. The successful candidate will lead interdisciplinary teams through research, strategy, concept development, pitching, and production to deliver compelling experiences and design solutions. This role involves guiding the creative process from ideation to execution on projects ranging from immersive installations, experiential marketing, and virtual events.

What will I be doing?

• Lead creative direction for various projects, including theme parks, immersive installations, experiential marketing, and virtual events.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative, integrated marketing platforms and activations rooted in strategic insights.
• Oversee high-value IP/brand pitches, managing the full creative process from conceptualization to execution.
• Translate client needs and key objectives into creative concepts that engage and immerse users.
• Provide feedback on production and staffing plans while working across multiple departments to ensure on-time and on-budget project delivery.
• Create style guides, mood boards, and other creative assets to define the overall look and feel of pitches and projects.
• Mentor and inspire the creative team, developing tools, methodologies, and workflows that ensure award-winning creative delivery.
