They are looking for a talented and passionate Creative Designer to join their dynamic team and help them deliver visually compelling and effective design solutions.

Job Summary:

The Creative Designer will be responsible for creating visually engaging and innovative designs for their POS products, marketing materials, and promotional campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate marketing strategies into impactful visual concepts.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and design creative POS materials including but not limited to displays, signage, packaging, and digital content.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to conceptualize and execute design projects from inception to completion.
• Create marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, banners, and social media graphics to support sales and marketing initiatives.
• Ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines across all design projects.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table.
• Conduct research and gather inspiration for new design concepts and ideas.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Contributing to project briefings and kick off meetings.
• To present and explain ideas both internally and externally.
• Contribute to managing the client relationship.
• Put together pitch documents which secure business for the company.
• Lead design projects as the head of a team, in a way that allows individual expression.
