Creative Copywriter / Social Content Creator
Didcot, Oxfordshire HQ (OX11) & Hybrid Working (Min three times per week in the office – to be reduced to 2 days per week after induction)
£35,000 – £40,000 Depending on Experience or Demonstrated Skill Set

Every sculpture, sundial or water feature is crafted by hand on site in rural Oxfordshire. As a family-owned business, we are a small but established team, where every individual plays their part offering the very best service to its highly affluent audience of private customers, interior and garden designers, art consultants and property developers.
Where you ll shine
As a new role in the business, the Copywriter / Social Content Creator will play a key part in our marketing strategies to grow our community: client base, reach new markets and nurture loyal followers.
Your primary focus will primarily be based around writing engaging, high end creative content that can be adapted to not only appreciate the business tone of voice but to accommodate differing audiences.
This is a unique opportunity for a passionate content writer and creator to join a growing Marketing department. Not only will you deliver high-quality online content for a well-respected luxury design brand, but you will also help us evolve our voice, extend our reach and build new audiences, supporting in taking our brand to the next level in the luxury design sector.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Developing and executing a 12-month content calendar that aligns with our goals and ambitions
+ Creating engaging written content and press releases, including social media, newsletters, blogs, press releases and case studies
+ Managing and scheduling content across our channels, including our websites, email marketing, social media, and other relevant platforms
+ Ensuring that sales materials, such as pitch decks and our websites, are up to date, on-brand and aligned with our messaging and services
+ Optimising content (SEO) for search engines to improve organic visibility and drive traffic to the website
+ Monitoring and reporting on other platforms, making insight-led adjustments to drive engagement and improve lead generation
About You:
Essential:
+ Experience in a similar role
+ Hold a degree in a related field such as Creative Writing or Journalism
+ Have excellent writing skills and understanding of what makes a story, from both a communications and editorial perspective
+ Experience in luxury industry marketing – Furniture, Fashion, Jewellery, Art & Design, Architecture, Lifestyle
+ Knowledge of Google Analytics and experience analysing performance data
+ Able to effectively, and confidently, communicate with internal and external stakeholders
+ Experience using social media platforms, insights and scheduling tools ( Buffer, Hootsuite etc)
+ Experience using email marketing tools, such as Mailchimp
+ Experience using CMS to update and manage websites, and publish content
+ Must have a full UK driving licence
+ Comfortable with international travel to cover international events
+ Ability to effectively manage time and comfortable working in a fast paced environment
+ A creative and critical thinker with strong attention to detail
Desirable:
+ Knowledge of design sector
+ Experience in using Adobe Creative Cloud or similar applications (Canva, Miro etc.) to create graphics and videos for the web/social media
+ CRM experience
