This document provides Afrika Tikkun (NPC) with an overview of the responsibilities of the Country Representative for Afrika Tikkun Australia to reestablish a presence in Australia to attract support for appeals and campaigns for funding to sustain and expand our programmes in South Africa. It sets out Afrika Tikkun’s priorities for raising funds from the Australian market within the scope of its mandate and available resources, policies & procedures.
A motivated person to build relationships culminating in the submission of proposals and grant applications for all opportunities, including corporates, trusts and foundations, grant funding and mobilise individual funding from the public in Australia.
The person will also be expected to raise the profile of the organization, advancing the spirit of philanthropic giving.
The scope the Country Representative in Australia includes:
