Amberstone is a growing security services business which has multifaceted support needs in relation to communications and content. We are looking for candidates who are pro-active, passionate, and hardworking who ready to learn and develop within this new role. The successful candidate should be comfortable with creating content based on SEO keyword searches supplied from marketing partner, liaising with internal and external stakeholders on good news stories, case studies, e-learning materials, and distributing these through digital channels such as social media, blogs, website, or e-learning platform. The candidate must have a good understanding across digital platforms plus remain up to date with industry news and trends.
Main duties / key responsibilities:
Writing, editing and proofreading content.
Case study creation.
Brainstorm with team members to develop new ideas.
Build a following on social media.
Provide editorial and technical support to team members.
Track web analytics to ascertain content engagement levels.
Content across all platforms, including (but not exhaustive) email, social media, website and e-learning.
Developing training content
Point of liaison for our marketing partners
Internal: Candidate will have direct reporting line into Partnerships Director and will be supported by our marketing and design partners who will help in setting objectives to deliver high quality work. This role will operate across all departments.
External: there will be relationships that must be fostered and maintained with our marketing & design specialists, training providers, customers, and external event providers

Education / Qualifications / Training required:
A-B grade in English
A level or equivalent as a minimum
· Degree in Communications, Journalism, English, or related field.
Previous work experience required:
2 years’ experience in; communications, marketing, content, or brand management
Experience with social media management.
Re-formatting contracts / documents
Content creation; website, blogs, social media, case studies etc.
Worked as a content manager.
Worked in learning and development type role creating content.
Knowledge and experience:
· Good IT skillset.
· Must be highly proficient in using Microsoft suite; Word, Outlook, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint Teams.
Content management and insight analysis of Facebook / Twitter / Instagram
Proficiency with popular content management systems
Adept at keyword placement and SEO best practices.
· Excellent communication skills at all levels both written (exceptional grammar) and spoken.
Confident with a positive, tenacious attitude to completing work and achieving the desired outcome.
· Excellent time management & organisational skills.
· Strong ability to problem solve.
· The ability to work as part of a team and whilst also possessing the ability to work interdentally under own initiative.
· The ability to interface well with internal & \external senior stakeholders.
Good completer/finisher skills will be needed to ensure that projects are delivered to the required standard and on time.
Some travel within the UK may be required to fulfil this role and so the job holder should be able to drive in the UK.
Successful candidate is likely to visit other Companies and so should be personally well presented and give a good impression of the Company to others.
