Content and Social Media Creator

Contract Personnel are on the lookout for a creative individual who s confident in front of the camera and has a flair for creating attention-grabbing digital content. Your main focus will be producing engaging short-form videos and imagery for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. You ll also take the lead on live broadcasts and actively contribute to the content planning and strategy.

What You ll Be Doing:

• Producing compelling visual content for various social platforms

• Hosting live streams and appearing regularly on camera

• Keeping up with online trends and bringing fresh, relevant ideas to the table

• Editing video and photo content to a high standard

• Working alongside the wider marketing team to align with broader campaigns

• Encouraging team members to take part in content creation

• Bringing creative energy and new concepts to their online presence

What We re Looking For:

• Prior experience making content for TikTok, Reels, and similar formats (either professionally or personally to a high standard)

• Comfortable and charismatic on camera, especially during live videos

• Quick to identify and react to trending content ideas

• Skilled in video editing (knowledge of CapCut is a plus)

• A naturally fun, enthusiastic personality

• A confident team collaborator who thrives in a creative environment

Annual Salary: £28,000
