We are currently looking for a Community Success Manager for our of our established clients in the City of London. The position is focused on ensuring the customers and clients are satisfied and this then contributes to the growth of the company. The Community Success Manager will oversee customer engagement, build relationships with clients, onboard and train new starters, launch and maintain social media handles and be involved with events.

This is a permanent full time position working Monday to Friday on site local to Westminster alongside the head of customer service who you will report into.

38,000 – 40,000 per anum

Responsibilities:

• Track, oversee and optimize all customer interactions and engagements
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Obtain and evaluate customer service/experience feedback from customers, clients, guests and stakeholders
• Design and distribute guest/client satisfaction questionnaires to help collate information
• Arrange and book travel, accommodation, F&B, meeting rooms and restaurants as requested
• Responsible for advertising, shortlisting and carrying out first stage interviews to then hand over to the head of Customer Service
• Regularly attend customer service/building managers on site especially on key event days to ensure high quality service is delivered and engage with occupiers and clients
• Carry out walk arounds of the buildings on regular building visits
• Responsible for all social media across the portfolio of buildings
• Prepare and onboard new starters and carry out inductions on their first day

We are looking for candidates with experience in:

• Experience working within front of house and hospitality in high profile/corporate environments
• Digital marketing/social media experience
• IT Literate
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to manage time effectively and efficiently
• Able to work unaided as well as in a time
• Can problem solve efficiently under pressure
