My client, a boutique SEO agency, is looking for a digital Comms Manager to join the team. This small but mighty agency is fast paced and growing rapidly. You will be joining a tight knit team who all work remotely but enjoy team socials and collaboration days.

I am looking for someone who is a self-starter, loves a start-up environment, and has a passion for what they do and the digital landscape. By joining this company you will have the opportunity to own the marcomms and carve out an area for yourself and build a team.

The role:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop comms strategy to promote the agency and drive new business
• Own and manage the comms strategy ensuring KPI’s are met
• Set and keep marketing calendar for agency
• Be responsible for ideating, planning, and executing campaigns
• Ensure content is created with colleagues including long and short form copywriting, graphics and videography
• Report on performance of campaigns and ROI
• Pinpoint industry events, professionals, and publicists to contact and build relationship in order to promote my client as the number one agency for SEO
• Own and manage the B2B Social Media strategy, primarily LinkedIn with both organic and paid campaigns
• Set up and lead on email marketing strategy

The Person:

• At least 2 years’ experience in B2B PR within an agency
• Highly organized with exceptional writing, grammar and proofreading skills
• An assertive self-starter with a hunger to succeed
• Excellent communication skills with ability to present confidently to senior stakeholders and clients
• Able to work in an agile environment with ability to react quickly
• Experience with organic and paid social, and email marketing as well as a thorough understanding of SEO and digital PR
• Expert at LinkedIn and other B2B promotional platforms
