As our Chief Operating Officer, you will be a crucial part of the management team and responsible for scaling Medbelle’s core business. You will contribute to our vision by creating operational excellence across departments and play an instrumental role in taking us to new heights.

Total duration: 4-6 weeks

This call is also an opportunity for you to learn more about Medbelle and the role so that we can both evaluate if there is a mutual fit.Case study with CEO:If we both want to continue, we will send you a case study related to your role. The results of what you have prepared in your own time will then be discussed in a workshop with Leander.Management team interview: If successful, we will invite you to present the results to the remaining leadership team. You will also spend some time with them and the most relevant potential direct reports.Cultural Addition: A conversation will be a more personal chat with another member of our Medbelle team.Board Call: A conversation with the hiring committee of Medbelle’s advisory board.Reference calls: We will ask for the contact details of some of your prior managers or direct reports.OfferIdeal start date: 01/07/2024
