Role Overview:
As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for driving business development efforts, building strong relationships with property owners (both commercial and residential), and working on the company’s marketing and branding strategies. This is a unique chance to take ownership of key initiatives that directly contribute to the company’s growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• New Business Development: Focus on identifying and engaging commercial and residential property owners to sign them on as new clients. Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with potential and existing property owners.
• Marketing & Branding: Take charge of the company’s marketing efforts, from creating strategies to executing campaigns that raise brand awareness and attract new clients.
• Lead Generation: Continuously build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients, ensuring steady business growth and meeting sales targets.
• Market Research & Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to offer valuable insights that keep the company ahead of the competition.
• Collaboration with Leadership: Work closely with the leadership team to align on strategic objectives, ensuring the company’s business goals are met and exceeded.

Ideal Candidate:

• Sales & Business Development Experience: You have a proven background in sales or business development, ideally within property management, real estate, or a similar industry. You’re a natural at building relationships and turning leads into lasting business.
• Marketing & Branding Expertise: You understand the power of branding and marketing, and you’re comfortable running campaigns across various channels, including social media, digital advertising, and traditional methods.
• Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills: You can communicate confidently with both internal and external stakeholders, negotiating deals and maintaining strong business relationships.
• Organized & Target-Driven: You’re able to juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and consistently hit sales and growth targets.
• Property Management Knowledge (Preferred but Not Required): While experience in property management is a bonus, candidates with a background in business development or sales in other sectors are strongly encouraged to apply.
