We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager – Real Estate, Employment and Tax to join us. The core responsibilities of the Business Development Manager are to support the continued development of our real estate, employment and tax practices for EMEA across all industry sectors. We are leaders in commercial property, with strong wider real estate, employment and tax law practices. The day-to-day operations range from business planning and client development, to winning work and raising the profile of our business.
This is a new position reporting to the Director of BD and Central Services and the partner leads for the real estate, employment and tax practices. They will work in close cooperation with EMEA and global MBD teams and have the support of a BD Executive and our expanding Newcastle hub. They will implement strategically aligned, client focused and value-added MBD initiatives, ensuring key global, regional and practice objectives are achieved.
This is a new role supporting three growing practices which have not previously had dedicated support. As such, the successful candidate will have the skillset to quickly add value through the implementation of commercial, best practice MBD processes. The role will require someone who has understanding of change management, process improvement and influencing multiple stakeholders.
