We are looking for a Business Development Manager to support our commercial team. We focus on quality, creativity, breadth of capability and value-added services such as web-2-print, mailing and consultation, and are looking for a self-motivated individual with a passion for print who loves to deliver an exceptional client experience. Whilst we are looking for someone who has prior sales experience, we are open minded about the role and happy to consider any level of experience or industry sector background. You need to be fully diverse in all matters of print including, but not limited to, Digital print, Litho print, and Mailing. Requirements The successful candidate must: Be confident in managing their own proactive lead generation and pipeline. Be capable of identifying new market opportunities. Be confident making cold calls by phone and in person. Understand the market and our place in it. Have a customer focussed attitude. Be capable of listening to customer needs and creating solutions to fit. Be able to work to targets. Have a full UK driving licence, with fewer than six points. Benefits Salary and package is negotiable, based on experience and existing portfolio.
