Job Title: Business Development Manager
Salary: £30,000 + uncapped commission (£55,000-£60,000 OTE)
Location: Oxford (HO in Bishop’s Stortford) Hybrid
Term: Permanent, Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Business Development: You’ll be at the forefront of securing new partnerships while receiving strong support from the existing sales team. This is a very diverse role and offers the ability to combine natural business acumen with the opportunity to learn new skills.

Package:

• Competitive Salary: Basic salary of £30k plus uncapped commission. Year One OTE £50k+.

Ideal Background:

• Previous experience in sales is essential.
• An aptitude and desire for learning is crucial.
• Comfortable using CRM software and other digital tools.
• You must be able to drive and have your own transport.
