Media Business Development Manager £37k + uncapped commission (increase to £40k post probation) South Wales
We’re working with a dynamic and growing digital agency supporting SMEs nationwide with their online advertising and marketing needs.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual, to cover the territory of South Wales.

The Role

• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across diverse SME sectors.
• Efficient management of your schedule to maximize outreach and prospect engagement.
• Leverage your experience in promoting and selling to build and nurture strong client relationships.
• Retain ownership of your clients, to ensure the highest level of service, and develop strong relationships.
• Stay well-informed about the digital products and services on offer, to position yourself as an industry expert.
• Use your excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrate a passion for sales and a commitment to achieving targets.

What we’re looking for:-

• Proven sales record in digital media/advertising.
• Strong business development, time management, and organisational skills.
• Excel in building client relationships, and actively acquiring and retaining clients.
• Effective communication, including understanding client needs.
• Understanding SEO, web development, web design, social media marketing, branding, and content marketing services.
• UK driving license.
