Business Development Director
London (Fully Remote)
£40,000 – £55,000 doe + Commission
A well-established, Cardiff based digital marketing agency are looking for a London based Business Development Director to lead the Business Development Team and bring in new clients to the company. If you have experience in this area and want to work in an autonomous way, making your own decisions and making a difference, then we want to hear from you!
Role & Responsibilities:
*Contribute to driving forward the growth of the agency
*Use a consultative selling approach and previous agency experience to bring in and attract new business.
*Own the sales process within the agency and work to eventually build a team underneath you.
*Use existing knowledge and contacts to acquire new clients
*Work with the managing director to come up with and implement new strategies within the business.
*Handle web and digital projects across varying budgets.
*Represent the company at networking events and client visits
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
*5+ years’ experience in driving business development and sales
*Be well versed and knowledgeable about Digital Agencies and web/SEO/PPC based projects.
*Come from an agency background with a clear and proven history of driving sales
*You should be driven, passionate and have synergy with what this company does.
*Driving License – you must be willing and able to travel to client sites (mostly based in London)
*£40,000 – £50,000 (doe) + flexible commission structure
*31 days holiday + option to buy extra holiday + day off on birthday
*Early finish Friday
