2 days per week based at our North Acton Office & 3 days WFH

What You Will Do

1. Analysis & Requirements Management
2. Conduct complex analysis tasks, strategy analysis, benefits realisation, and use various specification tools and techniques suitable for the audience and complexity.
3. Understand the business technology to shape initial problems into solutions that can evolve iteratively with technical teams, and challenge solutions using architectural principles.
4. Improve analysis and requirements gathering methods and processes, ensuring incisive and clear analysis of complex programmes.
5. Collaborate with solution architects and delivery teams to establish system capabilities, interpret customer needs into suitable designs, and document flows and product recommendations.
6. Communicate complex issues effectively using various outputs and techniques, promoting open communication and considering different viewpoints.
7. Maintain strong relationships within the Marketing Team, becoming the go-to person for technical questions.
8. Translate high-level epics into detailed stories with functional and non-functional requirements and acceptance criteria; support developers during delivery to clarify issues and analyze blockers.
9. Collaborative Working & Stakeholder Management
10. Engage with business and delivery teams to produce actionable documentation and facilitate understanding of business requirements.
11. Work with Delivery or Project Managers on effort estimates and escalate issues or blockers.
12. Ensure a holistic understanding of business objectives when working on solutions.
13. Foster an environment where all team members feel encouraged to contribute ideas and feedback.
14. Third Party Supplier Management
15. Support scoping and analysis of third-party services, RFP processes, and integrations.

What We Are Looking For

1. Digital retail experience is preferred but not mandatory.
2. A proactive, solution-oriented attitude.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills tailored to the audience.
4. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels positively.
5. Flexible approach and strong team collaboration skills.
