As a fast-growing property and mortgage technology group-home to leading brands including CMME, Coreco, Albany Park, and Trussle-we’re on a mission to simplify the process and empower brokers to succeed. We’re now looking for a Broker Success Manager to play a key role in supporting and developing our nationwide network of self-employed mortgage brokers.
About the Role:
As Broker Success Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for training, onboarding, and empowering our brokers to reach their full potential. From helping them get the most out of our CRM and digital tools, to mentoring on performance and product adoption, you’ll drive broker confidence, capability, and conversion.
You’ll collaborate with sales managers, compliance, client engagement, and commercial teams to make sure every broker is set up for success-whether they’re working with leads from estate agents, housebuilders, corporates, or umbrella companies.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Training & Onboarding
Lead the OneDome Broker Training Academy and deliver monthly onboarding sessions
Run practical training on Dynamics CRM, DealRoom, and products like protection, remortgage, and HomeBuyer services
Provide 1:1 coaching and build a central library of easy-to-access learning resources
Broker Performance Support
Collaborate with area sales and engagement teams to understand broker performance
Promote strong CRM adoption and ensure DealRoom records are kept up to date
Identify training needs and deliver targeted support to improve broker confidence and results
Partner & Client Onboarding
Support brokers onboarding their own introducers or partners, ensuring compliance and correct CRM setup
Train estate agents, housebuilders, umbrella firms, and other partners on how to refer leads and use our systems
Cross-Team Collaboration
Act as a key link between brokers and internal teams (Compliance, Accounts, Product, Sales)
Help resolve system or process issues quickly and ensure brokers have what they need to succeed
What We’re Looking For:
Strong understanding of mortgage broking in the UK – ideally with advisory or broker-side experience
Confident with CRMs (Dynamics experience a plus) and passionate about systems adoption
Solid grasp of compliance processes in financial services
A natural coach or mentor – someone who enjoys helping others thrive
Proactive, organised, and comfortable working across departments
Clear communicator with a passion for improving broker and client outcomes
CeMap qualified or equivalent desirable

Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 base, depending on experience + performance bonus
