Think of us as the matchmaker for employees and employers. We’re an on-demand marketplace helping Job Seekers and Employers have 100% control and choice over shifts worked in real time, through a platform that we’ve created. We want to enable Job Seekers to control their schedule completely, choosing the shifts they want to work, when they want to work them. Then on the other side, our platform enables Employers to book reliable, rated and verified staff immediately. We know, revolutionary right?!
The Brand Marketing Manager is an exciting new position within the Indeed Flex Marketing team, tasked with leveraging their expertise in brand storytelling to take a lead role in crafting and developing a unique identity and devising memorable messaging that moves people into action.
Our goal is to make Indeed Flex a household name in the UK and internationally. The Brand Marketing Manager will be central to fulfilling this aim.
Build and execute our brand messaging and storytelling to communicate our brand effectively, supercharging awareness and engaging key audiences. You will be devising our brand narrative, finding ways to connect with our audiences to build value perceptions and influence behaviour.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to create and deliver highly targeted marketing strategies and plans driving acquisition, engagement and retention among our worker community and clients.
Coordinate and evaluate jaw-dropping ATL and BTL campaigns, managing end-to-end campaign production and execution alongside relationships with external creative, media and research agencies.
Lead the creation of memorable video campaigns across digital and social platforms.
Report on and analyse all aspects of marketing, and ensure effective evaluation mechanisms are in place to measure success.
Act as a ‘brand guardian’ ensuring consistency across all internal and external communications.
Manage, guide and motivate our Social Media Team.
Extensive experience working in marketing / brand / communications / campaign management.
Experience in both ABL and BTL marketing such as TV commercials, radio and billboards.
Demonstrable experience in management of video production.
You are a voice of marketing – an excellent communicator.
You love using and are confident at manipulating data to support your ideas and campaigns.
You will take full responsibility integrated marketing communications plan spanning all online and offline activities.
Extensive proven experience in digital campaign planning and execution alongside devising social strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) to drive engagement, influence positive intent and build communities.
You are an expert at creating a clear, consistent, and inspiring brief for a variety of teams – from sales to creative to senior management.
