What are we recruiting for?

We are looking for a dynamic Brand Manager to develop and execute strategies that will strengthen our brand, engage our audience, and drive growth across all channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing brand positioning, managing marketing campaigns, and ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.

What Will You Be Doing?

• Establishing and maintaining a consistent brand identity across all channels, ensuring it aligns with the company’s core values and aesthetic.
• Developing and implementing strategies to increase brand awareness, attract new customers, and strengthen loyalty among existing ones.
• Monitoring brand performance, customer feedback, and market trends to refine strategies and stay competitive.
• Leading the growth of the company’s presence on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms, focusing on increasing engagement and followers.
• Identifying and collaborating with influencers to create authentic, shareable content that resonates with the audience.
• Working closely with creative teams to produce impactful posts, Reels, and Stories that showcase the company’s unique brand personality.
• Planning and delivering marketing campaigns, seasonal launches, and collaborations that captivate and engage customers.
• Ensuring consistent messaging across social media, email marketing, and digital advertising efforts.
• Collaborating with creative teams to produce high-quality visual and written content that reflects the company’s ethos.
• Conducting customer research and analyse behaviour to create campaigns that meet their needs and expectations.
• Developing initiatives that foster strong customer relationships and build an engaged, loyal community.
