The Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Brand Manager to lead our new game launches, brand campaigns, creative request process, and oversee other brand-led activities. In this role, you will also be responsible for executing the customer journey that aligns with our brand and content strategy, including both digital and physical touchpoints. As a key member of our marketing team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our brand is effectively communicated across all channels.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive brand campaigns that align with our business goals and target audiences
New game launch go-to-market execution (web, social, email, in-store, earned, and paid channels)
Oversee the creative briefing process and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and touchpoints.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies that effectively communicate our brand and content.
Create and execute the on-site customer journey that enhances the overall customer experience and aligns with our brand and content strategy, including both digital and physical touchpoints.
Develop and execute brand research initiatives to gather insights and ensure that our brand is resonating with our target audiences.
Monitor and analyse brand performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of brand campaigns and initiatives.
Manage external agency relationships (Creative & PR) and collaborate with them to execute campaigns and initiatives that meet our brand and business objectives.
The Person:
5+ years of experience in brand management, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful brand campaigns.
Experience in the entertainment industry, preferably in location-based entertainment or similar.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with teams at all levels.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse brand performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative brand campaigns and experiences that resonate with target audiences.

Excellent verbal/written communication;
