Are you looking for a Brand Manager role in which you can make a real impact with your brand marketing expertise and play a pivotal role in the management, development and growth of a range of flagship products? You will be working for a company who have been established for over 30 years, supplying professional hair and beauty products to the industry. This role is based in the office, working 37.75 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 8.30am 5.00pm and 8.30am to 4.00pm on Fridays. You will also travel to the Head Office based in Glasgow as required, have the opportunity to attend trade shows three to four times per year as well as some travel abroad as necessary to meet with suppliers or key customers.

As the Brand Manager, your duties will include:

• Development and maintenance of a rolling 12-month brand calendar including New Product Development, product promotions, customer acquisition and content generation.
• Liaising with shareholders and management regarding the development and sign-off of strategies.
• Creation and management of all marketing material to support the flagship products including Point of Sale, merchandising material for stores and salons, materials for Trade Shows, digital content and photographic assets.
• Managing the marketing budget and reporting on all marketing spend.
• Managing and developing the website and social media platforms including Instagram and TikTok.

As the Brand Manager, you will have:

• Previous experience in brand marketing, content generation, new product development, website and social media management, ideally in a fast-moving environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present.
• Great attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel when required, including abroad.
• You may have experience working in any of the following: Product Strategist, Head of Marketing, Marketing Manager, Product Marketing, Digital Content, Communications Manager, Marketing Executive, Social Media and / or Product Development Manager.

In return, you will receive a salary of circa 45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
