Due to growth, we are currently seeking an innovative and enthusiastic Brand Manager to join the team.

Job Summary:
As the Brand Manager at Verdala Properties, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic branding initiatives to enhance the company’s market presence, drive brand awareness, and engage with the target audience. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a forward-thinking individual with a passion for branding and marketing in the real estate industry.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to position Verdala Properties as a leading real estate agency in Dundee and the surrounding areas.
– Create engaging and innovative marketing campaigns to promote the company’s services, properties, and brand values across various channels, including digital platforms, print media, and events.
– Manage the company’s online presence, including website content, social media channels, and email marketing campaigns, to drive traffic and generate leads.
– Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, and stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business objectives.
– Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the real estate market.
– Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of branding initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
– Represent the company at networking events, industry conferences, and community engagements to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
Requirements:
– Proven experience in brand management, content creation, marketing, or communications, preferably within the real estate or property sector.
– Strong creative and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop innovative branding concepts and campaigns.
