The Role:

Our client is seeking a talented and strategic Brand Designer to help drive their visual identity. In this role, you will create and maintain an impactful brand presence, ensuring consistency and excellence across all touchpoints. This position is ideal for someone with a keen eye for design, a strategic mindset, and a passion for brand storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Brand Development: Design and refine key brand elements, including logos, color schemes, typography, and brand guidelines.

• Cross-Platform Consistency: Develop visual assets that maintain brand consistency across digital, social media, print, and product packaging.

• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and creative teams to support brand-focused projects.

• Trend Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to enhance brand recognition.

• User-Centric Design: Incorporate customer feedback and user insights to fine-tune design elements.

• Brand Presentations: Present and pitch brand concepts, designs, and updates to internal teams and stakeholders, effectively communicating the vision and rationale behind design decisions.

• Content Creation: Support the marketing team by creating branded assets for various campaigns, such as social media templates, email headers, and website banners, that reinforce brand standards.

About You:

• Experience: 3+ years in a brand or graphic design role, ideally within a high-growth environment.

• Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma. A solid understanding of branding principles.

• Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing strong branding projects, including logo design and cohesive identity systems.

• Communication: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively to team members.

• Creative & Strategic Mindset: The ability to think strategically about brand positioning and visually communicate complex ideas, backed by a strong sense of creativity.
