B2B CRM Lead – Online Marketplace – £75,000
A global Online Marketplace are looking for a Senior CRM Manager to join their newly created Digital function to build out their CRM capabilities in Europe! This is a hugely exciting role, joining a business at an impressive stage of growth.
Reporting into the CMO you will have ownership of the CRM strategy and execution moving forward. The business operates in 10 countries and have over 4,000 staff – however have launched a new marketplace which is more B2B focused.
Responsibilities
Implement and maintain the Marketplace CRM (including operational and tech processes) that will be used across the business to manage merchant acquisition
Maintain the CRM database so it’s consistent and usable across Group
Work closely with the Data Strategy/Planning team to incorporate personalisation into life cycle campaigns
Set up a CRM strategy for Europe
Be the Salesforce champion for the business
Work closely with merchants and drive B2B communication strategy
Produce clear plans for each quarter to deliver new focussed objectives
Communicate with internal stakeholders as the business moves through the delivery of the new CRM programme
Requirements
Ideally educated to degree level in relevant subject
Expert knowledge in CRM, Data Strategy, Campaign Management, Direct Marketing
Experience of developing and executing B2B CRM strategies
B2B CRM experience in a fast paced environment
Analytically minded
