Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet targets across projects, maintenance, and product sales.
• Provide strategic input and hands-on support for key deals, ensuring the pipeline is healthy and opportunities are maximised.
• Oversee sales forecasting, reporting, and the effective use of CRM systems.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing clients, while driving long-term account management success.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing sales teams, ideally within the AV industry.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and forecasting skills.
• Knowledge of AV solutions and systems, with a strong network in the industry.
