Assistant Manager Southampton Ladies Fashion Salary up to 25,000 / 36 Hours Contract

Our client is a premium Ladies Fashion retailer with a huge following – they are leading the way in the market and have no plans to stop, with new store openings and expansions!

Assistant Manager responsibilities:

• Working closely with your Store Manager to drive sales & KPIs in store
• Leading by example and providing an exceptional customer experience on the retail floor
• Inspiring, coaching and developing your team to progress in their careers
• Keeping up to date with latest fashion trends
• Visual merchandising & maintaining immaculate boutique imagine

Assistant Manager Experience and background required:

• Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor within retail
• Strong background in ladies fashion, ladies footwear or accessories
• A track record in driving KPIs and developing retail teams
• A collaborative, people focused leadership style
• Experience working in fast-paced, service focused environments

We are keen to speak with strong Assistant Managers or Supervisors , hands on leaders who can adapt and work within a fast paced, assisted sales environment!
