Want to work for a global award-winning digital media agency specialising in delivering creative strategies and digital ad production?

I am looking for an Ad Operations Executive to join their specialist team, working across a number of key clients. You will responsible for the activation and ongoing maintenance of key client’s campaigns across display, video, and social.

Responsibilities Include:

• Working across campaign setups for a number of key clients. Owning and executing the platform set ups, from creative build through to activation and campaign troubleshooting.
• Setting up the campaign within the creative suite of the ad server and aligning it with ad server data points.
• Working internally with developers to ensure quality assurance standards are met.
• Developing relationships with the Ad Operations team in the partner media agencies and communicating clearly with them on campaign deliverables.
• Working closely with Strategy team to ensure exact implementation of client approved strategic initiatives and KPIs.
• Working closely with the analytics team to ensure the ad serving set up satisfies the reporting needs of the client.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Digital experience within an operations team (trafficking/campaign management/programmatic activation).
• Experience working with Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Spreadsheets, Pivot Tables, Key Formulas etc.)
• Strong attention to detail.
• Methodological approach to work and excellent problem solver.
• Highly organised and clear communication skills.
• Enjoys working with large data sets and troubleshooting when required.
• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience of set up within the ad server (Doubleclick/Sizmek/Flashtalking).
• Knowledge of HTML5/Javascript/CSS and its capabilities.
• Advanced excel and data analysis skills.
