Account Manager
Our client are currently seeking a Account Manager to join them on a permanent basis. They are based in Reading on an hybrid basis, they are offering up to 32,000.
What does the role entail?
As the Account Manager, you will become an integral and pro-active member of the team. You will be required to understand customer needs and support our current account base. You will also be responsible for issuing accurate instructions to the production team and recording transactions on our Management Information System (MIS). You will be work in an organised manner, takes ownership of clients/projects, and proactively manages work in progress. Clear communication is imperative in your management of accounts. On top of this, you will be expected to communicate with clients, but also with production and estimating departments to ensure core campaign objectives are met. You will have to balance workloads, prioritise tasks and react to ad-hoc changes.
What skills will you have?
To be considered for this Account Manager you be hard-working, committed, and a team player and have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. Ideally you will have a good working knowledge and practical understanding of lithographic printing, digital printing, large format printing, finishing as well as general print production. You’ll be able to generate innovative and effective solutions and added value to both meet and exceed client needs and expectations.
