This is very much a client servicing role and not about the delivery. Think client relationships, account growth, client mapping, internal recommendations, showcasing previous work and managing budgets.
Responsible for:
Client growth, client success and account profitability
Advising on the strategic direction of the accounts and working as a trusted partner
Providing expert knowledge and consultancy to meet client objectives and goals
Overseeing project teams to pitch and deliver exceptional experiences
Required Experience:
Proven track record of increasing client spend and identifying new opportunities
Experience of working on complex projects
An understanding of multi channel marketing, including digital
Ability to have strategic, complex financial conversations with clients
