What you’ll do

As a Global Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of one of MNC UK’s designated global client relationships, becoming a trusted partner who will connect their strategic priorities with the right solutions and opportunities. You’ll combine commercial drive with a genuinely customer-focused approach, bringing together colleagues across regions, solutions and service teams to deliver consistently, strengthen relationships and create sustainable, profitable growth.

• You’ll own and develop the global client relationship, building trusted, long-term partnerships with key decision-makers and influencers, including at C-level.
• You’ll retain and grow the account, protecting and renewing existing business while identifying major strategic opportunities for new revenue and long-term value.
• You’ll develop a deep understanding of the customer’s business, market and ambitions, turning their objectives into relevant, value-led propositions and conversations.
• You’ll lead and unite an international virtual account team, bringing together National Account Managers and commercial, solution and service specialists around shared priorities.
• You’ll influence Account Sponsors, senior leaders and Group decision-makers to secure the resources, support and commitment needed to deliver for the customer.
• You’ll work collaboratively across Vodafone to maintain global alignment, encourage knowledge-sharing and ensure the broader UK MNC agenda is supported.
• You’ll champion consistent service delivery and customer satisfaction, strengthening the partnership by addressing challenges thoughtfully and maintaining focus on the customer experience.
• You’ll be accountable for key commercial and customer outcomes, including revenue, new business MAOV and NPS, balancing ambitious growth with sustainable customer value.

Who you are

• You’ll bring extensive experience of successful global account or enterprise solution-selling experience, with a strong track record across relationship management, sales growth and service accountability.
• You’ll have the commercial insight and strategic perspective to quickly understand a customer’s business, industry and priorities and translate them into meaningful opportunities.
• You’ll bring experience from a technology-led environment, ideally supported by a broad understanding of telecoms, technology and service-based solutions.
• You’ll be a confident and thoughtful communicator who will build credibility and influence at C-level, creating compelling customer conversations and presentations.
• You’ll be comfortable navigating complex deals and matrix organisations, bringing structure, determination and adaptability to a fast-moving environment.
• You’ll have the leadership skills to bring together international and distributed teams, creating clarity, encouraging collaboration and helping people work effectively towards shared goals.
• You’ll bring strong industry and account relationships and will know how to build new connections based on trust, openness and mutual value.
• Experience in global account management, consultative solution selling or leading virtual account teams will be welcome, and a university degree would be advantageous rather than essential.
