Zachary Daniels are working with an established multi-brand fashion and lifestyle retail group to recruit an ambitious Partnerships & Affiliate Marketing Manager.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong commercial instincts, excellent relationship-building skills and a genuine passion for creating partnerships that deliver measurable growth.

Our client operates a portfolio of well-known consumer brands and is investing in developing its internal digital marketing expertise.

We’re looking for a proactive, hands-on partnerships specialist who can identify opportunities, build industry relationships, negotiate commercial agreements and generate profitable customer acquisition.

This role is ideal for someone who already understands the fashion, lifestyle or retail affiliate landscape and has a strong network of relevant contacts.

The Role:

• Develop and manage the affiliate marketing and commercial partnerships strategy across multiple consumer brands.
• Identify, approach and secure new affiliate partners, publishers and relevant commercial collaborations.
• Build strong relationships with affiliate networks, media partners and industry contacts.
• Negotiate commission structures, commercial agreements and partnership opportunities.
• Manage the day-to-day performance of affiliate programmes and key partner accounts.
• Identify new opportunities to generate traffic, acquire customers and increase profitable revenue.
• Monitor affiliate performance, conversion, customer acquisition and return on investment.
• Work closely with e-commerce, brand, marketing and SEO teams to deliver successful partnerships.
• Develop a strong pipeline of commercially valuable opportunities.
• Take ownership of partner activation, reporting, ongoing account management and relationship development.

About You:

• Experience in affiliate marketing, digital partnerships or commercially focused partnership management.
• Ideally coming from a B2C fashion, clothing, lifestyle, retail or e-commerce background.
• A strong understanding of affiliate networks, publisher relationships and performance-based partnerships.
• Experience using platforms such as Awin, Impact or Rakuten Advertising would be advantageous.
• Confident identifying, approaching and negotiating with new commercial partners.
• A proven ability to develop relationships that generate measurable revenue.
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
• Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working independently.
• An existing network of relevant retail, fashion, publisher or affiliate contacts would be particularly attractive.
• A hands-on approach with the ability to take opportunities from initial introduction through to delivery and performance analysis.
