Marketing Manager – Home Improvement / Interiors sector

50,000 – 65,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus
Remote with regular UK travel (Swansea, Hull, Windsor)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Marketing Manager to join a fast-growing business within the home improvement sector. This newly created role offers the chance to take full ownership of marketing strategy, planning and execution, working directly with senior leadership to support ambitious growth plans.

This position is ideal for a commercially focused marketer who enjoys both strategic leadership and hands-on delivery, with responsibility across brand development, lead generation, CRM, content, digital marketing and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a marketing strategy aligned to business growth objectives.
• Manage marketing plans, budgets, KPIs and performance reporting.
• Lead brand development and ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Drive lead generation and customer acquisition activity.
• Develop CRM, email marketing and customer lifecycle campaigns to improve engagement and conversion.
• Manage external agencies and marketing partners to maximise campaign performance and ROI.
• Oversee content creation across websites, social media, email and offline marketing channels.
• Coordinate PR activity, advertising campaigns and customer success stories.
• Use customer insights and data analytics to optimise marketing effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation and new technologies to improve performance and efficiency.
• Provide regular commercial insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

About You

• Proven experience in a Marketing Manager position.
• Strong B2C marketing background.
• Experience across both digital and traditional marketing channels.
• Demonstrable success in lead generation, customer acquisition and CRM marketing.
• Experience managing agencies, budgets and campaign performance.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
• Enthusiastic about innovation, AI and emerging marketing technologies.

Desirable

• Experience within home improvement, interiors, retail or consumer-focused sectors.
• Exposure to franchise, trade or multi-channel business models.
• Experience supporting events, exhibitions, video content or customer engagement initiatives.
