Assistant Marketing ManagerLocation: HayesSalary: Upto £45,000 plus Benefits We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join a growing team based in Hayes. This is a hands-on, multi-channel marketing role with a particular focus on Social Media, Influencer Marketing and Digital, working closely with the Marketing Director.What we’re looking for

• Proven marketing experience with strong Social Media and Influencer Marketing experience.
• Experience managing influencer/creator relationships and campaigns.
• Good understanding of digital marketing, particularly PPC, SEO and paid social.
• Experience managing agencies and/or junior team members.
• Creative, commercially minded and confident bringing new ideas to the table.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A hands-on approach – someone who enjoys getting things done rather than just managing from a distance.
• Marketing degree, CIM qualification or equivalent experience.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead social media and community management, creating engaging content and growing brand presence.
• Manage influencer and creator partnerships from identifying opportunities through to delivery and performance.
• Manage digital activity across PPC, SEO, display and paid social.
• Line manage and support a small Marketing Executive team.
• Manage external PR, media and marketing agencies.
• Support campaigns across e-commerce, retail, events and experiential.
• Track campaign performance, analyse results and identify opportunities to improve ROI.
• Help deliver creative campaigns across multiple channels and ensure consistent brand messaging.
