Performance Marketing Director – B2C & B2B

Location: London / Hybrid

Salary: Up to £80,000 + benefits

The Role

An ambitious and growing agency is looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Director to lead performance strategy and delivery across a portfolio of B2C & B2B clients.

This is a senior, client-facing role combining strategic thinking, hands-on digital expertise and commercial leadership. You’ll develop integrated performance strategies that generate demand, drive qualified leads and deliver measurable ROI.

You’ll also play an important role in growing the agency’s performance offering, developing client relationships and supporting new business.

What You’ll Do

• Lead performance marketing strategy across key B2B client accounts.
• Develop integrated campaigns across paid search, paid social, programmatic, display and other digital channels.
• Drive lead generation, demand generation and measurable commercial growth.
• Lead audience segmentation, targeting and account-based marketing approaches.
• Oversee significant media budgets, ensuring investment delivers against KPIs.
• Use data, attribution and analytics to continually improve performance and ROI.
• Lead campaign measurement and reporting, turning complex data into clear commercial recommendations.
• Work closely with strategy, creative, content and client teams.
• Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Lead pitches, proposals and new business opportunities.
• Explore how AI, automation and emerging technology can improve media buying, creative optimisation and performance.
• Help develop and grow the agency’s wider performance marketing capability.

About You

You’ll ideally have:

• 8+ years’ experience in performance marketing or digital media, preferably agency-side.
• Significant experience developing and delivering B2B performance strategies.
• Strong expertise across Google Ads, LinkedIn, paid social and programmatic.
• A deep understanding of B2B audiences, lead generation, demand generation and the customer journey.
• Experience with ABM, CRM data, marketing automation and audience segmentation.
• Strong knowledge of GA4, attribution, reporting and performance measurement.
• Experience managing substantial media budgets and delivering measurable ROI.
• Excellent client leadership and presentation skills.
• Experience developing pitches and contributing to new business growth.
• Strong commercial instincts and an entrepreneurial approach.
• A genuine interest in AI and the future of performance marketing.

Package

Up to £80,000 + benefits, dependent on experience.
