Senior Supporter Development Officer (Trading & Gaming)

Full-time 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract Hybrid (1 day per week in London)

The Talent Set are delighted to be partnering with a leading charity to recruit a Senior Supporter Development Officer (Trading & Gaming).

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with charity e-commerce experience to take ownership of an established online shop while supporting the development of Regular Giving and Lottery programmes. You’ll play a key role in delivering engaging supporter journeys, driving income growth and using insight to continuously improve performance.

About the role

This is a varied role with a strong focus on charity e-commerce, digital marketing and supporter engagement.

You’ll lead the development and growth of the charity’s online shop, helping to transform it into a year-round engagement and income channel through product development, merchandising, campaign activity and supporter journeys.

You’ll also support the development of Regular Giving and Lottery programmes, creating engaging supporter experiences that increase retention, lifetime value and long-term income.

Working closely with colleagues across Supporter Acquisition, Supporter Journeys, Data & Insight, Finance and external suppliers, you’ll use data, testing and audience insight to optimise performance, improve supporter journeys and identify new opportunities for growth.

About you

We’re looking for someone who has:

• Experience managing a charity online shop or charity e-commerce function
• Experience delivering digital and multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Experience using data and insight to improve supporter or customer journeys
• Experience working with Shopify or a similar e-commerce platform
• Strong stakeholder and supplier management skills
• A proactive and organised approach

Experience of Regular Giving, Lottery or supporter stewardship would be advantageous but isn’t essential.
