Summary
The Digital Marketing Manager leads the strategy, planning, and execution of digital patient recruitment programs for clinical trials across multiple therapeutic areas. This role owns the end to end digital recruitment approach-from feasibility and audience identification through awareness, pre screening, referral, and enrollment support-translating study protocols and recruitment goals into integrated, patient centric digital strategies across paid, owned, and social channels. Serving as a senior strategic advisor to sponsors, CROs, and internal teams, the role provides data driven counsel on recruitment planning, risk mitigation, optimization, and performance, ensuring all approaches are ethical, compliant, and aligned with regulatory standards. The role provides strategic oversight of the full digital ecosystem, including paid media collaboration, social platforms, trial websites and landing experiences, SEO, influencer and patient advocacy partnerships, and emerging technologies. The Digital Marketing Manager defines and oversees recruitment performance frameworks, partnering closely with analytics teams to translate insights into actionable recommendations that improve enrollment efficiency, diversity, and participant quality. The expected salary range for this position is $135,000-$185,000, commensurate with experience and expertise.
