• Own and execute paid social strategy across Meta and TikTok to deliver efficient, scalable CPL and CPA
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid media strategies with business objectives.
• Manage budgets effectively to maximise return on investment.
• Conduct audience research to identify targeting opportunities.
• Analyse data to measure campaign success and report findings to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in digital advertising.
• Ensure compliance with advertising regulations and best practices.

Profile

A successful Paid Media Manager should have:

• Have 4-5+ years’ experience managing Meta campaigns (TikTok experience strongly preferred)Have run performance-led, lead-generation campaigns at scale, ideally in regulated or high-volume environments
• Understand how to balance testing, learning velocity, and efficiency at different spend levels
• Are highly data-driven and comfortable turning noisy signals into clear decisions
• Take pride in clean, scalable account structures and disciplined workflows
• Communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders and can explain trade-offs confidently
