An award-winning, UK VoIP Series A-funded telecoms provider has an exciting leadership role reporting to the CEO, for a Head of Sales with a proven track record in launching scaling and managing ISA s (Independent door2door Field Sales Agents), partnership/reseller channels and full sales strategy.
Along with a salary of up to £90,000 per annum (depending on experience), you will also receive circa% commission and up to 0.5% equity (doe). The role can be based remotely, anywhere across the UK, with occasional visits to the head office in London HQ.

The company is uniquely positioned to capitalise on the BT Switch-off, a market-wide transition requiring millions of UK SMEs to upgrade from copper lines to VoIP by 2027. Although profitable and growing, the company expects to raise £10M Series B growth funding in Q2-2026 to significantly accelerate growth and scale all channels including Field Sales.
If you ve scaled B2B field sales teams, especially self-employed agents selling into high-street sectors, then this is your chance to step into or step up into a key Leadership role in an exciting and high-profile buildout and commercial expansion.
