Our Commercial team monitors guest bookings and dining trends to ensure we deliver great value and a seamless experience. Our Marketing team then brings our brands to life, creating engaging campaigns, designing menus, showcasing our services and inspiring every customer interaction.
As our new CRM Executive, you’ll support the CRM Marketing Manager in delivering standout campaigns that make Premier Inn the No.1 budget hotel in Europe. You’ll contribute to planning, coordinating, and executing campaigns across email and digital channels, working closely with brands, agencies, and internal teams to ensure everything runs smoothly from concept to delivery.

Contract Type: Full-Time and Permanent
Salary: Up to £35,000pa (for the right level of experience)
Location: Whitbread Court, and hybrid working with coming to the office a minimum of 3 days a week
