A respected and growing healthcare and wellness brand is seeking a Digital Campaigns Manager to join their team full-time in the heart of Nottingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead strategic marketing initiatives that make a real difference in people’s lives.

What you’ll be doing:

• Developing and executing PR strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
• Writing and distributing press releases and managing brand announcements.
• Building strong media relationships and ensuring timely press activity.
• Planning and delivering targeted email and SMS marketing campaigns.
• Analysing campaign performance and optimising for engagement and conversion.
• Creating compelling content for email, social media, and web campaigns.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
• Staying up to date with trends in healthcare, wellness, and digital marketing.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in PR, digital marketing, and email/SMS campaigns.
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
• Ability to analyse data and optimise marketing performance.
• Experience with audience segmentation and targeted messaging.
• Knowledge of healthcare and wellness marketing, including sensitive topics such as:
  • Weight loss
  • Emergency contraception
  • Male hair loss
• Understanding of the pharmacy sector (preferred but not essential).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
