The Role

UX Researcher – Lead Discovery, Drive Insight, Shape the Future

We are growing our UX team and looking for a UX Researcher to lead the discovery process and uncover insights that inform customer-centric product experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Own the Discovery Phase – Plan and execute end-to-end research to understand user needs deeply.
• Deliver Actionable Insights – Use interviews, observation studies, testing, and more to inform product decisions.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Work with designers, PMs, engineers, and stakeholders to embed customer insights into everything we build.
• Champion the User – Ensure the customer perspective is central to product development across UK and EU markets.

What You Bring

• Proven UX research experience with strong qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Confidence in leading discovery work from planning to synthesis.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement experience.
• A proactive, self-driven approach to problem-solving and research.
• Experience in B2B/B2C, marketing, retail, tech, or automotive sectors.
• A passion for transforming user insights into outstanding digital experiences.
