Essential Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in video editing and content creation for digital platforms and social media.
• Previous experience in digital marketing and social media management.
• Proficiency in creating content for websites, blogs, newsletters, and other digital channels.
• Strong knowledge of video production techniques and social media platforms.
• Basic understanding of SEO and content optimisation.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• A creative and detail-oriented approach to storytelling.

• Ambition to grow in digital marketing and content strategy.

Desirable:

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Develop and edit engaging video and visual content for digital channels and social media platforms.
• Social Media Management: Oversee social media accounts, ensuring consistent and high-quality output.
• Strategy Development: Design and execute content strategies to improve online visibility and engagement.
• Campaign Implementation: Contribute to newsletters, digital marketing efforts, and experimental campaigns.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor content effectiveness and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics to complement content.
• Trend Awareness: Stay up to date on industry trends and digital marketing advancements.

Job Title: Content Marketer
Location: Hove (Hybrid after probation)
Salary: 25,000 – 30,000 per annum
Full Time: Monday – Friday
