The Role
As a Creative Marketing Executive, you will take the lead in crafting and executing marketing initiatives that captivate audiences and drive brand success. From shaping strategy to producing engaging content, you’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing brand visibility and connection.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement creative marketing strategies to reach and engage target audiences.
• Produce compelling content for social media, email campaigns, blogs, and other channels.
• Analyze performance metrics and use insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Build and maintain relationships with collaborators, influencers, and media partners.
• Stay updated on industry trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the team.

• Previous experience in a marketing role, ideally within a creative or lifestyle sector.

• The ability to work flexibly, with occasional travel to our Scunthorpe-based office.
