HubSpot or Pardot Consultant

• Salary: 35k- 45k
• Location: Hybrid Working – Woking 1-2 days per week
• Ideally you will be no more than a 1-hour commute to our Woking office.

Client is a rapidly growing B2B marketing agency that has doubled in size over the past two years. They are looking for someone who is already an expert in HubSpot or Pardot but wants to learn more and do more not only with HubSpot, but with other MarTech platforms.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This role is all about ensuring that our clients utilise their Marketing Automation platform to its maximum potential. We will expect you to engage with our clients, to understand their businesses and what they are trying to achieve and provide them with guidance on how they leverage their platform to deliver better marketing performance.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

Will be already fulfilling the role of HubSpot specialist either within another agency or as part of an inhouse marketing team, yet you want to take the next step, move from specialist to expert and work in an environment that is challenging and exciting.

You will be driven and ambitious, and eager to be part of a fast-growing team with ambitious goals. You will also be a problem solver, someone who can think pragmatically and creatively to solve problems and improve processes, and you will be a passionate learner, keen to develop personally and professionally.

Experience:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience working with HubSpot.
• A wide range of the capabilities within HubSpot including email, forms, landing pages, automated programs, lead scoring, etc.
• You will have hands-on experience of setting up and configuring HubSpot
• You will have a strong marketing background
• Experience in other marketing automation platforms or other areas of MarTech would be an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and contribute to team goals. Comfortable with rapid changes in digital marketing trends and capable of quickly learning new tools or techniques.
