Job Title: E-Commerce Marketing Manager
Location: Birmingham
Salary: Up to 55,000 DOE

A leading furniture retailer company are seeking a dynamic E-Commerce and Marketing Manager to join an ambitious team to drive their online growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to boost online sales.
• Manage e-commerce platforms, optimize user experience, and improve site performance.
• Monitor and analyze website performance, traffic, conversion rates, and other key metrics.
• Plan and run digital marketing campaigns (PPC, SEO, SEM, social media, email).
• Keep all website products up to date including price, product descriptions, imagery.
• Organise local events for showroom anniversaries, launches of new ranges, special shopper nights etc.
• Organising photoshoots to capture imagery where necessary.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento), web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and digital marketing strategies.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
