Are you ready to take the lead in a dynamic marketing role? Our client is seeking a full-time Marketing Manager to join their team based in Fradley Park, Lichfield. This permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to manage all aspects of UK marketing requirements and ensure excellent communication both internally and externally.

The Role:

As a Marketing Manager, you will:

• Manage and lead the marketing department, including budget coordination and strategic orientation.
• Oversee cross-media brand positioning and implement advertising campaigns.
• Prepare and manage internal and external communication measures such as press releases, brochures, trade fairs, and social media.
• Regularly measure KPIs to optimise strategies and identify new trends.
• Interact with the Global Marketing team and participate in virtual meetings.
• Collaborate closely with sales and management, including organising national sales conferences.
• Support retail partners and manage portals.
• Manage external service providers and agencies.

The Candidate:

The ideal Marketing Manager will have:

• A qualification in (Digital) Marketing.
• Strong copywriting and editing skills, creativity, and customer-centric thinking.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools such as Confluence.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
• High levels of personal commitment, enthusiasm, and strategic thinking.
